The Dip!: Resident Evil Village

I was hyped for this game since its initial reveal. But, my friends, hype from a reveal can be dangerous since it can be difficult for a game to live up to your imagination’s expectations — especially if your imagination is as wild as mine.

Fortunately, this was not one of those times.

Resident Evil Village is incredible and much better than I imagined. And, to remain in the scope of our mission on The Dip: it does an outstanding job of pulling you in from the get-go. Starting us off with questions you absolutely need to have answered, immediately followed by a tense introductory venture into the Village — this game has amazing pacing.

VERDICT: DOUBLE DIP IT!
